Richard is a dependable, thorough, competitive, analytical and well-organized planner who communicates effectively. He graduated from Texas A&I University in Kingsville, TX with a BBA in General Business and served in the U.S. Coast Guard Reserve, Commander (Ret.), 1965-1978. In addition, he is teaching introduction to Management and Introduction to International Marketing at Laredo Community College. Richard is a member of the Laredo Board of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, Laredo Daybreak Rotary Club, the Laredo Chamber of Commerce (Past Chairman of the board), and the Reserve Officers of America.
