Sharon Zaffirini, Associate
Sharon has devoted her energy to real estate in the past few years. She can relate to the feelings of newcomers to the area. Sharon, a Midwesterner, Kansas born, and graduate of Kansas State University, is now a long-time resident of Laredo. In past years she taught in Laredo schools.  She is also a published novelist, under the pseudonym, Ann Gabriel.  Sharon is a member of the Laredo Board of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors (TAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).  She has also been active in several local organizations, including past president of the Webb, Zapata, Jim Hogg Counties Medical Auxiliary and current board member past president of the Society of Martha Washington Celebration Association. Averill Realtors professional experience in management, administration, and sales.  Richard is a dependable, thorough, competitive, analytical and well-organized planner who communicates effectively.  He graduated from Texas A & I University in Kingsville, Texas with a BBA in General Business and served in the U.S. Coast Guard Reserve, Commander (Ret.), 1965-1978. In addition, he is teaching introduction to Management and Introduction to International Marketing at Laredo Community College.
